Franz Fischer works as Senior Manager AME Global Manufacturing Engineering at Borg Warner Inc. He started his career after his graduation at the University of Regensburg as Mechanical Engineer at MAN and joined from 2006 - 2012 Audi/ BMW in the Cost Engineering segment. After joining Borg Warner Inc. in 2012 as AME Manager he finished several trainings, incl. SixSigma, Scrum, Cost Engineering & Project Management. In his current position, Franz Fischer develops and optimizes best-practice manufacturing strategies in the fields of machining, forming, automation, etc.
