With over 12 years at CPC, he has held various roles, including Lead Consultant and Senior Consultant, where he has managed multiple projects across industries and driven internal development. Kristian holds an M.Sc. in Design & Innovation from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). His expertise spans portfolio and product management, modular architecture, product structuring, and digital transformation. He helps companies optimize their product portfolios and IT solutions, supporting transitions from ETO to CTO and implementing CPQ and PDM systems. Passionate about streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency, Kristian also has experience in software development, guiding agile teams to create specialized tools. His work contributes to establishing digital threads and integrating IT landscapes to improve configurability and automation in product lifecycles.
